Order Cancellation

How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please email our customer service at [email protected] with your order details, including the order number. This will help us expedite the cancellation process.

Timing for Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. We will process refunds for canceled orders within 4-8 business days from the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary by bank or credit card provider.

Modifying Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order details, such as the shipping address or the items ordered, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will accommodate your request based on the current status of your order and the availability of the items.

Special Conditions

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped or after the cancellation deadline for a specific product, it may not be eligible for cancellation. In these cases, customers should follow the return process upon receipt.

Out of Stock Items: If an item in your order is out of stock, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or a cancellation option for that item.

Pre-Order Items: Cancellations for pre-order items are accepted until the pre-order deadline. After this deadline, cancellations may not be possible as the item will be in the final stages of preparation for shipment.

Customized Items: Cancellations for customized items, which are made to your specifications, are only possible if production has not yet commenced. Once production starts, cancellation will generally not be possible, and refunds may be limited or unavailable.
